2. User Accounts & Subscriptions
When you create an account with us (including Play Pass subscriptions), you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
- Subscriptions (Play Passes) are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase.
- Cancellations for subscriptions must be made through your dashboard or by contacting us directly.
3. Indoor Play Place Rules & Safety
The safety of our guests is our top priority. By using the Sweet Oaks Indoor Play Place, you agree to:
- Sign a liability waiver for yourself and any minors in your care before entering the play area.
- Supervise your children at all times. Sweet Oaks is NOT a drop-off facility.
- Follow all posted age limits and capacity guidelines.
- Adhere to our "No Outside Food" policy in the play area to prevent allergies.
- Ensure all participants wear socks (grip socks recommended).
Sweet Oaks reserves the right to remove any person from the premises who fails to follow safety instructions or exhibits behavior that endangers others.
4. Purchases & Payments
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the website (including gift cards, party bookings, or menu items), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase.
- We use third-party payment processors (Square, Stripe) to handle all transactions securely.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Refunds for party bookings are subject to our specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sweet Oaks Bakery and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sweet Oaks Bakery, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any content obtained from the Service.
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
